place it on your cloth .Then on low heat iron it for 1 minute .After let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes then slowly remove the plastic . your design is pasted on cloth .it is guranteed washable.

Instruction : Whenever you press it again cover this design with cotton fabric then iron it. or second way to iron it from back side.
